Kathleen Stanley

Kathleen Stanley is Executive Managing Director and Head of Verticals and Regional Banking. She leads Regional Banking and specialty verticals—including Not-For-Profit, Property Management, Law Firms, Public Finance, and Government & Institutional Banking—across the bank’s footprint from Boston to New Jersey/Philadelphia, with select verticals served nationally.

She was appointed Board Chair of the American Heart Association of Long Island in 2024 and is dedicated to working with leaders and volunteers to advance the association’s mission of addressing heart disease and strokes in the community. She facilitated Webster Bank sponsoring the first ever Hands-Only CPR Kiosk, which will be placed in multiple high-traffic areas to teach the community how to perform this life-saving measure.

She has been repeatedly recognized by Long Island Business News as a 2022 Business and Finance award recipient, listed in LIBN’s 2023 Book of Business Influencers, and this year, Kathleen was again included in LIBN’s Most Influential Long Islanders of 2025 list. Recently, Kathleen was recognized as one of American Banker’s “The Most Powerful Women in Banking”. She also sits on the Hofstra University Women’s Leadership Committee, serving as a professional resource for both alumnae and current students.
