Mike joined Webster Bank in 2025 as a Senior Managing Director on the General Industries team within Sponsor & Specialty Finance. Previously, Mike was Managing Director, Credit Strategies at Sentinel Capital Partners, where he ran principal investing for the firm’s junior capital business. Prior to Sentinel, Mike was a founding member with Bank of Ireland’s US Leveraged Finance group, where he originated senior and junior financings for PE clients. Mike began his career at JP Morgan Securities in the Media, Technology & Telecom group, where he worked on various capital raising and advisory mandates as a VP. Mike earned a BBA in Finance & Economics from the University of Notre Dame and his MBA from the NYU’s Stern School of Business.
