Webster Bank Completes $31 Million Financing for Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester’s New Fieldhouse+

The Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester, Massachusetts needed to build a 75,000 square foot FieldHouse+ community complex in the Harbor Point neighborhood. This new facility will have indoor and outdoor courts, a walking track, roof garden, fitness center, a café, and gardens.

Webster Bank provided a $30M bridge loan against capital campaign pledges to the Boys and Girls Clubs of Dorchester. Along with Rockland Bank, Webster Bank is providing a $1M working capital line of credit.

“The FieldHouse+ will be a space where families and children from Dorchester, Greater Boston and beyond will be able to come and have access to programming, resources and community.
