Webster Bank Finances Medical Outpatient Center Acquisition

Webster Healthcare provided senior financing to a joint venture of Harrison Street Asset Management and Stonemont Financial Group to finance the acquisition and tenant improvements of a 103,000 square foot Class A medical outpatient property in Marietta, GA that is 100% leased and anchored by Northside Hospital System.
