Webster Healthcare provided $16.45MM in senior mortgage acquisition financing for the acquisition of a 64,080 medical outpatient building and $1.23MM in future advance holdback for tenant improvements, leasing commission, and capital expenditures. As sole lender, Webster Bank delivered market‑competitive financing that enabled the sponsors to acquire the property and execute their business plan.
