Information About the Economic Impact Payment (Stimulus Payment)

As part of the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021, the Internal Revenue Service and the Treasury Department will begin delivering Economic Impact Payments (EIP) to eligible Americans. Small Business Administration (SBA) Paycheck Protection Program (PPP)

Effective May 5, 2021: The SBA has suspended accepting new applications under the PPP because funding has been exhausted. While no new applications are being accepted at this time, The Loan Source will continue to process pending PPP loan applications.

Note: This change will not impact any client applying for PPP Loan Forgiveness.

The Loan Source is a long standing and well-respected SBA Small Business Lending Company that can assist you with PPP funding. The Loan Source currently manages $4.7 billion in PPP loans.

Community Support

While working with our nonprofit partners, the Sterling Charitable Foundation has identified that what our communities need most now is access to healthy food. We are therefore making significant contributions to community-based organizations that we believe have the greatest potential for getting food into the hands of our neighbors in need, including City Meals on Wheels, Island Harvest Food Bank, Feeding Westchester, and Rockland Meals on Wheels.

Business Banking Online & Mobile Banking

Manage your business finances when you’re online working from your home or by using your smartphone and our Business Mobile Banking app. You can access account and loan information, transfer funds, make loan payments, pay bills, view cleared checks, place stop payments—and more.

There are also optional capabilities that enable you to review and approve transactions requiring additional authorizations such as ACH and wire transfers. You can even deposit an endorsed check using your smartphone or tablet’s camera and mobile deposit.

Commercial Banking Online & Mobile Banking

Webster’s e-Treasury platform streamlines the financial side of running your business. In addition to accessing your account information and transferring funds, users can automate payments and disburse funds quickly with ACH and wire transfers as well as protect against fraud with check and/or ACH Positive Pay.

e-Treasury is accessible through multiple secure client access channels including our Secure Browser technology, Industry Standard Browsers (E.g. Chrome, Firefox), Secure File Transfer and Mobile Banking for straight thru processing. This provides our clients the ability to manage their businesses either on premise or remotely. All channels are inter-changeable for users to set-up on the platform.
