Corporate Responsibility

The Office of Corporate Responsibility (OCR) was established after the 2022 merger with Sterling National Bank. OCR builds on our long-standing records of citizenship, sustainability and responsibility.

What we do

Webster Bank, a division of Santander Bank, N.A., works to have a positive impact on the communities where we live and work. We are building paths to prosperity by focusing our efforts on three key areas: empowering people and businesses, fostering inclusive communities, and supporting our customers’ sustainability goals.
