His solution improved consistency across the process, saved significant time for the sales team, and create a smoother experience for teams handling the transition.

Cybersecurity Ops Analyst

Chris led the enhancement of SOC’s Splunk Soar platform capabilities through automation development and process improvements, strengthening efficiency and reducing organizational risk. He introduced automation that sped up how quickly threats are identified and handled, reduced manual work, and ensured more consistent responses across the team. His efforts improved response times and strengthened overall security, helping better protect the organization from risks like phishing attacks.

Front Line Controls Office Director

Ericka drove enterprise transformation by automating critical processes, advancing regulatory remediation, and strengthening client experience and risk oversight through high-impact improvements across ServiceNow, RCSA execution, VOC, and Sales Practices. She introduced automation and process improvements that reduced risk and made operations more efficient and scalable. Her efforts strengthened how risks are identified and addressed, improved the quality of client feedback insights, and enhanced oversight in key areas. She played a key role in supporting colleagues throughout the transition by leading support sessions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring questions were quickly addressed. Her hands-on approach helped resolve access and operational challenges, creating a smoother experience for both colleagues and clients during the migration.
