Matthew Nutter Joins Webster’s ABL Originations Team

Webster Bank is pleased to announce that Matthew Nutter, Managing Director, has joined ABL Originations representing the New England region.

Nutter will be based in Boston and will focus on new client acquisition with established referral sources to deepen and expand existing client relationships, as well as evaluate and structure prospective asset-based credit solutions.

“Matthew possesses a wealth of knowledge and experience and is a proven, high-energy performer who will be an important member of the team for Webster in the New England market,” said David Viggiano, Senior Managing Director, National ABL Sales Leader.

Nutter most recently was managing director for Webster’s Middle Market banking team, managing clients and developing new business. Nutter has more than 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry having worked previously for Wells Fargo Business Credit, Textron Financial and Sovereign Bank.
