Teshia Levy-Grant

Teshia Levy-Grant, Senior Vice President, leads the Inclusion and Belonging office for Webster Bank. Working closely with our Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, she oversees the Bank’s efforts to fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging that is an integral  aspect of the Bank’s long-term success.

She is responsible for expanding Webster’s inclusion and belonging programs and partnerships within our local communities. Webster’s Inclusion and Belonging program seeks to broaden the reach of the bank’s efforts and ensuring they are fully integrated into all aspects of business.

Having served many years in academia focused on educational programs, she also is focusing on expanding Webster’s educational initiatives, which includes how to work on and manage diverse teams. She oversees our Inclusion and Belonging Council and as well as our Business Resource Groups (BRGs) for the company.

In addition, Teshia is supporting our efforts to strengthen Webster Bank’s and early-career rotational programs to ensure we are offering different experiences and unique perspectives to the Bank’s early professional development program.

She is a member of the board for the Urban League of Greater Hartford, where she serves on the nominating committee.

Teshia earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Wesleyan University and an M.S. from Central Connecticut State University.
