We are committed to providing our clients with best-in-class digital banking tools. e-Treasury New UI delivers a modern, intuitive platform with greater functionality, enhanced security, and a more scalable infrastructure to support your business as it grows. The migration is scheduled to occur the evening of Monday, September 21. Please refer to the Key Dates section of this page for the full timeline of milestone events.
Access to e-Treasury is expected to be temporarily unavailable starting at 10:30PM ET on Monday, September 21. No. Your Company ID, User ID and Multi-Factor Authentication from e-Treasury Business Banking will remain the same in e-Treasury New UI.
The Company Administrator is the designated individual within your organization who manages user access and entitlements within the banking platform. They have been the primary point of contact with the bank during the migration and can assist you with credentials, assigning entitlements, and validating access.
Secure Browser is being retired as part of the e-Treasury Business Banking migration. After migration, clients will use desktop or mobile tokens instead of Secure Browser to access e-Treasury. This change simplifies access while maintaining the security needed to protect account information.
The migration is scheduled for Monday, September 21. Starting Tuesday, September 22, you will no longer be able to access e-Treasury through Secure Browser and will need to use your new token after migration is complete.
Follow the step-by-step instructions to download, install, and activate your token.
To find your Company ID and User ID:
Tip: Secure Browser users with only one profile may not regularly enter their Company ID or User ID. We recommend locating this information before migration in case it is needed during token activation.
