Normally a monthly maintenance fee of $15.00 is imposed every statement cycle unless the average monthly collected balance^{^} for the statement cycle is $2,500 or more OR a combined average monthly collected balance^{^} of $10,000 or more is maintained in other Webster Bank checking, savings, money market or certificate of deposit accounts. The monthly maintenance fee is waived for any individual with documentation confirming their military status and serving part-time or full-time active duty in any of the country’s armed forces, including those in the National Guard, Reserves, Retired Veterans, and Retired Service Members. ^{^} The average monthly collected balance is calculated by adding the collected balance in the account for each day of the statement cycle and dividing that figure by the number of days in the statement cycle. For purposes herein, the “collected balance” is the balance of all deposits in your account, not including items not yet paid or collected.

For all SBA Express (up to $500,000) loans made to businesses owned and controlled by a veteran or spouse of a veteran, the Guaranty Fee will be $0. Requires a Webster business checking account which must be opened prior to loan closing and have an automatic loan payment agreement (ALPA) in order to receive discounted interest rates. Webster and SBA products may be subject to additional terms, conditions and fees. Eligibility and the amount of discount given for ALPA depend on a variety of factors, including loan amount and loan product type. All loans and lines of credit are subject to credit approval.

⁶ A veteran can validate status in two ways: (1) Veteran or military spouse must provide proof of service in the form of a DD214, ID card (Active, Reserve, Guard, Retiree, VA) or state driver’s license with a veteran marking on the license or (2) Provide third-party validation provider from Sheer ID. The spouse of a veteran is validated by the military member’s credentials.
