Webster Bank’s Healthcare Commercial Real Estate and Middle Market team provided a $67,250,000 five-year mortgage loan for the refinancing of its Eastern Seaboard outpatient medical properties portfolio. The six-facility portfolio of Class A, Core medical outpatient buildings totaling 249,000 square feet supports critical services for top health care providers in high-growth markets in the eastern U.S. – Charlotte NC, Providence RI, Greenville SC and Germantown TN.
