Sterling National Bank’s Franchise Finance Group provided senior secured credit facilities totaling $3,150,000 to 313 Investments, LLC, a franchisee of Jersey Mike’s. The credit facilities will be used by the Company to refinance existing debt and for the creation of three new locations.
Founded in 2015, 313 Investments owns and operates 14 Jersey Mike’s locations in the state of GA. The Jersey Mike’s brand, founded in 1956, is a nationwide submarine sandwich brand offering “A Sub Above”, touting sustenance and substance, with more than 2000 locations.
This transaction was originated by Lindy Baldwin, a Managing Director located in Sterling’s New York office.
